Features:
- The machine is composed by rack, solder resist transformer, clamp dies, secondary loop, top air cylinder and single chip control cabinet etc;
- Machine frame is welded by profile steel frame, construction is simple and stable. Move and calm clamps are composed by clamp cylinder, stand and forked tail carriage/sliding rail;
- On the left side of machine has installed air treatment, magnetic exchange valve etc pneumatic elements, easy maintenance and operate;
- Control box is on the right side of machine, can control time of each welding procedure, adjust welding parameters;
- Inside of machine has installed SCR components and solder resist transformer.
